Employment Readiness: Career & Employment Preparation Program

The Moose Jaw Multicultural Council (MJMC), in partnership with the Saskatchewan Ministry of Immigration and Career Training (Labour Market Services), is pleased to offer local employers a unique opportunity to connect with job-ready newcomers eager to contribute to the local workforce.

As part of the Career & Employment Preparation Program, participants engage in employment-focused workshops designed to support their integration into the Canadian labour market. These workshops cover essential topics such as resume building, job search strategies, interview preparation, workplace culture, and career development.

Participants may also receive Computer Training, First Aid & CPR, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) certification to strengthen their skill set.
